At Future Force Personnel, we can’t believe that 2011 is winding down and that in just a few short weeks, a brand new year will be upon us. It’s really no wonder, though, considering how the days have flown by in our Miami staffing agency. From filling temp jobs fast to sourcing full-time professionals to matching candidates with good opportunities, we’ve been quite busy this year!

That said, a lot has changed in just a few short years.

Many companies are facing serious economic pressures, while many candidates are experiencing devastatingly long job searches. The job market appears stagnant, while we’re experiencing some of the highest food and gas prices we’ve seen.

But in the midst of all this, Future Force still has clients coming to us each day in search of just the right person. And we still have candidates walking through our doors each week, looking for help in locating a job opportunity that’s a fit for them.

It’s work we love – and work we’re grateful to have.

We’re delighted when our clients tell us how a certain candidate was the perfect fit, our when our candidates let us know how much they’re enjoying their new job. It’s those moments that we live for and it’s why we strive everyday to exceed the expectations of our clients and candidates.

So even though we are living in uncertain times, we are so grateful for the many opportunities our clients and candidates have afforded us in 2011. And we look forward to working together in 2012!
